Course Description
This course will help aspiring and established leaders to identify and develop the skills necessary to lead diverse teams during challenging times. Attendees will join internationally recognized leaders, including past ACRM presidents, about best leadership practices from around the world. They will participate in activities that will help them identify those areas they would individually like to develop within themselves to be more effective leaders.
Learners will also participate in workshops specifically designed to help them become resilient leaders when faced with challenges, and to create an inclusive environment for diverse teams.
Finally, discussion will center around how attendees can develop as leaders and contribute to the advancement of rehabilitation medicine and research around the world. Check back for more information.
